辊刀模可用于三工位、五工位、七工位以及十八工位的模切机。适用于塑料薄膜、纺织品、纸、皮革金属箔、玻璃等材料的切割成型。

通常使用不锈钢管、碳钢管、合金钢管制作轴身，利用激光雕刻，CNC雕刻，蚀刻技术在辊轴上雕刻出相应切割纹路，并在表面镀铬，特氟龙，碳化钨等。

本公司产品解决了行业三大痛点：首先是高硬度，一般辊刀模最高硬度不超过68，而我们的模具硬度可达70。其次，解决了吸废难题，其余厂商的刀模也可以自动吸废，但是由于刀锋角度不合理，对模具本身使用寿命产生很大影响，而我们通过调整轴距以及刀锋角度，使模具自动排废更顺畅。最后，本公司生产的模具切割金属材质时更加平整光滑。
