Precautions for the operation process of embossing roller
1. Blanking: The embossing roll body is made of seamless steel pipe, the shaft is made of 45 round steel, and the end plate is made of Q235 steel plate, and 8mm processing allowance is reserved for cutting according to the drawings.
2. Turning processing: turning and processing the joint surface of the cooperation part of the embossing roll body, end plate and shaft, etc., according to the H9/f9 cooperation precision.
3. Weld the reinforcing ribs in the roller body of the combined embossing roller, the two shafts and other parts. Pay attention to the coaxiality of the two shafts and the inner sleeve, and only weld the inner end plate on the shaft.
4. Put the integrated welded inner sleeve into the embossing roll body, and the joint of the combined welding inner end plate and the embossing roll body.
5. Install the outer end plate on the two shafts, and weld the junction of the outer end plate and the joint surface of the shaft and the embossing roller body.
6. Anneal the embossing roll blank of the welding combination to reduce internal stress.
7. One end of the embossing roller steel roller shaft is flattened, and a standard center hole is drilled.
8. Turning processing: Rough and fine turning the steel roller body of the embossed roll to the required size of the drawing. The working surface roughness of the embossing roll body should not be greater than 1.6μm; the working surface of the embossing roll rolls The roundness is 0.036mm; the bearing circle is processed according to k6 precision. Then set the center frame, the end face of the car, and drill to the scale.
9. The drawing of the pressing pattern roller steel roller requires processing markings. Then a hard chrome layer is plated with a thickness of 0.03~0. 05mm.
10. Check the static balance of the embossing roll steel roll
